RiverFEST 2025

Mark your calendars for a day of community, music, and river love! RiverFEST is an annual river cleanup and celebration hosted by the City of Glenwood Springs River Commission.

Event Details 

• Saturday, August 2, 2025 from 9 a.m. - 3 p.m. 
• Two Rivers Park, 740 Devereux Road, Glenwood Springs, CO 81601
• You can walk the banks or use your own boat! Help us get a head-count for food and libations by pre-registering anytime before July 21. 

Schedule 

• 9:00 am – 12:00 pm 
• River clean-up along the Roaring Fork and Colorado Rivers
• Walking or floating in your boat 
• 12:00 pm – 3:00 pm 
• Lunch from a local vendor 
• Beer from a local brewer provided for volunteers (and walk-up attendees with donation) 
• Live Music 
• Activities for adults and kids, informational booths, and vendors 
• Door Prizes 

Volunteer 

Help us get a head-count for food and libations by pre-registering anytime before July 21. Register here to volunteer for RiverFEST 2025! 

• We utilize both an individual and team format for the event. 
• Teams will designate a leader to seek out volunteers and coordinate the details of the event with City Staff. 
• On the day of your cleanup, the team leader will organize volunteers and hand out supplies at a predetermined cleanup location. 
• Both individuals, team leaders, and team members can use the link above to register for the event.
