Valley View University will present "A Guide to Low Back Pain," a virtual discussion via Zoom on Wednesday, Oct. 14, at 12 p.m. The community is invited to join a virtual discussion featuring expert tips and live demonstrations on how to best reduce back pain and improve mobility through exercise. This 30-minute webinar, followed by open Q&A, will be led by Valley View Spine Center’s Felipe Ituarte, MD, and Valley View’s Outpatient Physical Therapist Amanda Boyd, PT, DPT.
