Come and learn about the plethora of medical and edible plants growing right here in this informative and immersive class. As the first herb walk of the year, we will focus on our lower-elevation zones by hiking a local trail (specific location TBD). We will get to see, touch and smell an impressive variety of local plants while discussing their medicinal properties and edible possibilities.
