Women's Climbing Clinic

Description
This clinic will focus on the natural strengths women have to maximize movement skills and climbing ability. Our instructor, Karissa Dunbar, brings 20+ years experience to create a supportive environment that empowers women to climb with strategy, intent, and enjoyment. Participants will meet new climbing partners, learn the basics of setting and achieving climbing goals, practice new techniques, and most of all, have fun!

Instructor Bio:
Karissa Dunbar has been climbing since 2002. She primarily sport climbs and boulders, and has done so around the world, climbing in many world class destinations such as the Red River Gorge, Wild Iris, Maple Canyon, Hueco Tanks, New River Gorge, Rifle, and more. She loves to project routes, has an uncurable addiction to bouldering, and has placed gear once or twice. Karissa was formerly a climbing instructor and coach in Oregon, Washington, and New Mexico. She and her husband own Rifle Climbing Center.
