The Buddy Program is looking for a Mentor Recruitment Manager to lead our efforts in recruiting and supporting volunteers who empower local youth through mentoring.

The Mentor Recruitment Manager leads recruitment and screening of adult and teen mentors across the Buddy Program’s Community-based, School-based, and Peer-to-Peer Programs. You’ll represent the organization at community events, build lasting partnerships, and support meaningful mentor/mentee matches that make a lasting difference.
