Community Invited to Issues & Answers Election Forum

Community members are encouraged to attend the Issues & Answers Election Forum on Thursday, September 26, from 6 to 8 p.m. at Glenwood Springs City Hall, 101 West 8th Street. Virtual participation is also available, and the link will be posted prior to the event at glenwoodchamber.com/issues-answers. (https://glenwoodchamber.com/issues-answers).
Presented by the Glenwood Springs Chamber, Glenwood Springs Post Independent, and KMTS, this forum invites candidates for offices including the Garfield County Board of County Commissioners, Colorado State House District 57, Colorado Senate District 5, and Colorado’s Third Congressional District. The list of confirmed participating candidates will be available on September 16.
Ron Milhorn, news director at KMTS, will moderate the forum. Questions will be pre-sorted to avoid duplication and ensure a range of topics are addressed. Audience questions will not be taken during the event, but the community is encouraged to submit questions in advance for consideration by the media panel. Submit questions by Monday, September 23, at 5 p.m. via glenwoodchamber.com/issues-answers (https://glenwoodchamber.com/issues-answers).
